Real Dopamine
The idea
Gen Run Club was founded in 2024 by Manan — an Economics graduate from the University of Delhi — after watching, in Melbourne, what routine adult life does to people: work, scroll, sleep, repeat. The answer wasn't another gym. It was a standing reason to be outside at sunrise with people you'd actually met.
The thesis
Less doom-scrolling. More sunlight. More people you have actually met. That's the whole pitch, and it's why this works — the run is the excuse. We call it Real Dopamine.
Generations that run together
The name isn't decoration. On any Sunday you'll find Gen-Z, Millennials and senior citizens in the same crowd — almost every other club in the country is built for exactly one of those. Bridging them is the unusual part, and the point.
How it grew
December 2024
Bhopal. The first Sunday run. It never stopped.
October 2025
Indore joins. Chapter two, same rules.
June 2026
Gwalior. Three cities, one club.
