This website is operated by Gen Run Club (“we”, “us”). We keep data collection minimal, in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDP), 2023.

What this site collects. The marketing pages collect nothing. Enquiry forms compose an email in your own mail app — nothing is stored on this site. If you buy merch, we collect the details needed to fulfil the order: name, email, phone, and delivery address. That's it.

What we do with it. Order details are used to process and deliver your order and are visible only to the club's operations team. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with anyone except the payment processor (Cashfree) when you pay online, and only to process that payment.

Event registration. Registration for runs happens through the club's registration system, not this website, and is covered by the consent taken at registration.

Cookies. This site uses no advertising or tracking cookies. A single local-storage key remembers your merch cart on your own device.

Your rights. Write to hello@thegenrun.com to access, correct, or delete your data, and we'll act on it.
